Please be informed that we do not offer refunds once a number has successfully received a code. Refunds are only applicable in cases where the number is found to have 2FA enabled.  

Additionally, we do not provide replacements for numbers that become suspended after receiving a code or for any other issues, except in situations where the number has 2FA enabled.
